Dean founded Dreams in 2010 and has always worked in the sales and marketing industry, he's a real go getter and the real drive behind the agency. He works on new business bookings, marketing, international bookings and the general running of the agency, so basically does a bit of everything.
Dreams Recruitment was created purely due to demand and that is a fact.
Dreams Agency which is an event staffing agency which was founded in 2010 and features over 30,000 skilled staff who each hold a number of set skills and have high education backgrounds. Lots of the staff on our books are either students at university or college, actors, singers, dancers, models or general promotional staff who are now seeking full time employment.
Over the years a huge amount of clients had requested to hire staff via Dreams Agency on a permanent basis and from here "Dreams Recruitment" was born.
We are very different to all other recruitment agencies and this is simply due to the niche market we work in. We offer all clients a personalised shortlist of candidates who are 1) interested in your vacancy and 2) who we believe match your requirements. What makes us different is that the profiles we send across, not only do these list work experience but also recent photos and other information on the candidates. We also believe in fair trading and so only charge a one off 8% finders fee compared to the high 15-20% that most recruitment agencies charge.
Meet the team
Sue has been in the recruitment industry longer than anyone and has an outstanding record of 35 years in the industry. Sue manages the office team and also asissts with account management and interviewing new candidates. Sue very much likes to be hands on and assist with every role at the agency.
Steve has been with the agency since the beginning and leads our sales and marketing campaigns. Steve is responsible for all advertising and leads the sales team into battle every day. If you are a client of ours and have previously worked with us or have an upcoming meeting scheduled in, then Steve will be the chap you meet with. Steve has over 30 years' experience in sales and marketing and won numerous awards in this industry.

Amy started her career at Dreams Agency in the summer of 2014 and is a true asset to the agency. Amy is responsible for new business, staff management and candidate screening. Amy also our regional account manager.
Megan is the baby of the agency and joined in the Summer of 2016. Chloe is responsible for interviewing new candidates and ensuring staff interviews run smoothly. Chloe also assists Amy with account management work.
Linda is the finance manager and runs the brains of the accounts. Linda looks after all of the figures, bills and runs the staff PAYE. She is also responsible for the VAT and Tax returns and ensuring Dreams keeps on track. Linda has over 30 years' experience from working in accounts and works all around the clock.
